Architect

Experience Requirements:

• Residential & Commercial Design: Design housing complexes, villas, and commercial buildings with creative and functional architectural solutions.

• Material Selection & Finishing Supervision: Oversee the selection of construction materials, manage finishing works, and ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.

• Quantity Surveying & Documentation: Prepare and calculate quantities, develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and create detailed specifications and schedules.

• Tender & Pricing Analysis: Prepare price comparisons, analyze tenders and bids, and support decision-making for awarding contracts.

• Project & Team Management: Manage daily project activities, supervise execution teams, and ensure work is completed according to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

• Software Proficiency: Strong command of architectural design software (2D & 3D) and proficient in using Revit for advanced modeling and coordination.

• Cost Control & Value Engineering: Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining design integrity and project quality.

• Reporting & Documentation: Develop reports to management regarding progress, budget, and any challenges faced in execution.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years in architectural design and project management
