Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, 3D models, and detailed working drawings.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and interior designers to translate design ideas into reality.
• Prepare presentation drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Conduct site visits, supervise ongoing works, and coordinate with contractors.
• Support design documentation, tender submissions, and authority approvals.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials.
• Knowledge of Kerala Building Rules (KBR) and local approval processes (preferred).
• Excellent design sense and attention to aesthetic and functional detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• COA registration (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–5 years of professional experience in architecture/interior projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
