Architect

• Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budget.
• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Create detailed blueprints and 3D models for client presentation and approval.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical elements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project timelines.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into designs.
• Revise designs and plans based on client feedback and project constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
