Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our Egypt office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative architectural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while complying with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for building projects.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure fully integrated designs.
• Prepare presentations, renderings, and design reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and consultants to deliver projects on schedule.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Stay up-to-date with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in architectural design within consultancy or construction environments.
• Proficiency in design and BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Navisworks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
