Architect

Role & Responsibilities: As an Architect at Fontech Dzin Studio you will:

• Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and engineers to create residential architectural designs that meet their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for residential projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
• Work on various phases of residential projects, from concept through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback into designs.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of professional experience as an Architect, with a focus on residential design.
• A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Ability to create and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
