Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing residential and commercial architectural projects. This role involves leading the design process from concept to execution, collaborating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization & Design

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Develop conceptual designs, plans, and 3D models using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and design documentation.
• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient principles into the design process.

2. Project Management

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

3. Client Interaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases.
• Present design proposals, renderings, and models for client feedback and approval.
• Incorporate client modifications and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

4. Construction Oversight

• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented on-site.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or design changes during construction.

5. Research & Innovation

• Stay informed about emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design strategies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and design standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and commercial sectors.
• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
• Professional architectural licensure or registration is preferred.
