Architect

Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects. The role involves translating client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Prepare and review design drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and ensure adherence to zoning regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ensure design sustainability and incorporate energy-efficient solutions where applicable.
• Manage project documentation, including BOQs, tender drawings, and working drawings.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, and modern architectural practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Licensed or registered architect (as per local authority requirements preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
• Excellent visualization, design, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ellis Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
