Architect

• Develop architectural design concepts, drawings, and detailed plans as per project requirements.
• Prepare 2D and 3D design presentations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs, design preferences, and functional requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design accuracy during execution.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for construction and approval.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check quality, and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams for planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local authority regulations.
• Present design ideas, proposals, and revisions effectively to clients and management.
• Stay updated with latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
