Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of residential and commercial projects. The role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of design principles and building regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software, along with strong visualization and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs in line with project requirements and client specifications.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate design feasibility and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to deliver quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Present conceptual and detailed design proposals to clients for review and approval.
• Coordinate with the construction and procurement teams for design implementation and material selection.
• Maintain updated project documentation and revision records throughout the design and execution phases.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in both residential and commercial construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and visualization software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid Architectural License is mandatory.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years (male candidates) and 30 years (female candidates).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
• Knowledge of sustainable architecture, green building standards, and energy-efficient design practices.
• Prior experience in managing end-to-end project design and execution.
