Architect

1) Jr. Architect:

A. Degree: Bachelor in Architecture -Building Architecture.

B. Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience.

C. Additional: Experience in Apartment projects will be an advantage.

Candidate should have very good knowledge & speed in AutoCAD & MS Office.

D. Remuneration: Depends on talent and aptitude (+/- 2,500)

1. 2-year experience: Rs. 4,20,000/annum.

2. 3-year experience: Rs. 4,80,000/annum.

3. 4-year experience: Rs. 5,40,000/month.

Responsibilities:

Jr. Architect role is to assist Design/Sr. architect in design development, coordination with

service consultants, preparing GFC drawings, details, sanction & marketing drawings.

Visit sites periodically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
