QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture ,
• Min. 8 years of experience,
• Experienced in Industrial building projects,
• Able to use parametric modelling programs actively (BIM tools) such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and advance proficiency in AutoCAD .
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Analytical and critical thinking, time management, solution-oriented, self-motivated and team worker,
• Strong communication and planning skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively worked in preparation of working design documentation of large-scale projects in Revit with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Able to prepare and control families in Revit.
• Be a part of the team responsible for development of working design starting from tender information to site application.
• Bear full responsibility for issuing the architectural design documents to client according to the work schedule
• Comprehensive knowledge in making clash checks and prepare clash reports in Navisworks for interdisciplinary coordination and develop recommendations for resolving clashes.
• Ensure the fulfillment of all technical/modeling requirements of the building information models prepared within ENKA and in accordance with the project contract's quality standards.
