Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated architect with 5+ years of professional experience, particularly in restaurant design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house layouts and operations. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through construction, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design and develop innovative restaurant concepts, focusing on both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

· Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project implementation.

· Oversee site visits and manage on-site coordination as needed (travel may be required).

· Lead project teams and mentor junior staff.

· Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.

· 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio in restaurant or hospitality design.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.

· Proven ability to create detailed design and construction drawings.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Willingness to travel as project needs dictate.
