Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual and technical design skills, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate client needs into innovative, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Stay updated on current architecture and interior design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a collaborative environment.
