Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documents.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for presentations, walkthroughs, and project approvals.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop creative and functional solutions.
• Prepare interior & exterior design concepts with realistic rendering.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Perform site analysis, measurement, and support project planning.
• Produce client presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
• Assist in project documentation, BOQ creation, and material specifications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 1 year of experience as a 2D/3D Architect or Architectural Designer.
• Strong proficiency in software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• 3ds Max / Blender
• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• Excellent design visualization and technical drafting skills.
• Understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural standards.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
