Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, project planning, and execution. You will be responsible for turning concepts into functional and aesthetically appealing designs while coordinating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D/3D designs, working drawings, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure projects align with building codes, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Make revisions as per client feedback and project needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
