Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are welcome. The role involves supporting architectural concepts, preparing drawings, assisting in project planning, visiting sites, and coordinating with consultants and vendors.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Drafting

• Assist in preparing architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Create 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.
• Support senior architects in design detailing and technical drawings.
• Develop mood boards, conceptual sketches, and visualization materials.

2. Project Support

• Work on residential, commercial, industrial, or interior projects as assigned.
• Assist in preparing working drawings, tender drawings, and construction documents.
• Help in developing BOQ support materials under guidance.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and site teams.
• Attend client meetings with seniors to understand design requirements.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for material sampling and specifications.

4. Site Visits

• Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and verification of drawings.
• Support seniors with site reports and documentation.

5. Research & Documentation

• Research new materials, design trends, and sustainability practices.
• Maintain project records, drawing logs, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution (Freshers or 0–1 year experience).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar design tools.
• Strong sense of design, space planning, and aesthetics.
• Good understanding of architectural principles and construction basics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
