Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development from concept to final execution
• Prepare and review design drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly
• Resolve design and technical issues during construction
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards
• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
• Review material specifications and construction methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Strong design, planning, and detailing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Leadership and team management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
