About the Role

JAS Advertising is a leading signage and fabrication company working on large-scale corporate, retail and outdoor wayfinding projects across the UAE and GCC.

We are looking for a Junior Architect – Project Manager to support our design and execution teams. The ideal candidate is an architect who enjoys both design and coordination—someone comfortable with drawings, details, site visits, and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing signage and wayfinding layouts from concept to detailed design.
• Prepare and update CAD drawings, sign location plans and design intent documents.
• Conduct site surveys, take measurements, photos and prepare mark-ups.
• Coordinate internally with design, production, estimation, and installation teams.
• Prepare message schedules, BOQs and submission packages for client review.
• Attend client / consultant meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Review shop drawings, samples and mock-ups for technical and design compliance.
• Support project managers during fabrication and installation stages (technical queries, snag lists, as-builts, etc.).
• Maintain organised project documentation (drawings, approvals, correspondence).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture (required).
• 1–3 years experience in architecture, interiors, fit-out or signage/wayfinding.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction/fit-out drawings, materials and detailing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident in email and client communication.
• Strong organisation, time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable with regular site visits.
