Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Architect with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Prepare construction drawings, working details, and specifications in compliance with local building codes and regulations
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and ensure design intent is maintained
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and contractor queries
Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for assigned projects
Participate in client meetings and presentations with professionalism and clarity

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
4–6 years of relevant professional experience in an architectural firm
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite
Excellent understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building practices
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
High level of professionalism, time management, and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working on projects in Pakistan
Familiarity with Islamabad CDA by-laws and approval processes
Strong aesthetic sense combined with practical design solutions
