The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing data-driven solutions using Power BI Tableau and Databricks. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can transform complex data into actionable insights enhancing our business intelligence capabilities. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures that leverage Power BI Tableau and Databricks to deliver comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and security across all platforms and solutions.
• Optimize data processing and visualization techniques to enhance performance and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the use of Power BI Tableau and Databricks.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of data architecture to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
• Lead the integration of new data sources and tools into existing systems to expand analytical capabilities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data architecture and business intelligence.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting the use of analytics across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
