Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with artistic vision to deliver functional and visually appealing designs aligned with the client’s needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and clients for design approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Suggest innovative design solutions to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of materials, space planning, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and coordination skills.
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.
