Job Description: Architect (BPMS Compliance)Job Summary:

We are looking for an Architect with experience in planning, architectural drawings, and BPMS (Building Proposal Management System). The candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts, drawings, and ensuring compliance with statutory norms and approval requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings as per BPMS requirements and applicable development norms.
• Analyze site conditions and assess land feasibility for planning and development.
• Design and optimize plotted layout plans as per applicable planning regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and submissions through BPMS.
• Ensure compliance with local development control regulations in all planning and approval documents.
• Support the team in project documentation, presentations, and online submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Arch degree from a recognized institute (license preferred).
• Working knowledge of BPMS and online approval processes.
• Experience in layout planning and development proposals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with regulatory authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
