Architect - Mall / Commercial (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive architectural plans and layouts for shopping malls, including retail units, food courts, entertainment zones, parking areas, and common spaces
• Collaborate with real estate developers, leasing teams, engineers, contractors, and interior designers to align design with commercial goals
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning based on market demand and tenant requirements
• Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, accessibility standards, and environmental guidelines
• Coordinate with structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and landscape consultants
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods suitable for high-traffic commercial use
• Manage design changes during construction while maintaining budget and timeline
• Participate in value engineering to optimize construction costs without compromising design quality
• Supervise construction progress and conduct site inspections to ensure design intent is achieved
• Support mall renovation, expansion, and tenant fit-out projects

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
