Architect

The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with our vision and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
