Job Description
Customer Success Engineer acts as the single point of contact for the customer for through out the whole engagement from inception to delivery to operations till the contract is concluded.
Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development:
-
Support Business Lead in providing demos, arranging and carrying out workshops for the showcasing the Platform services and offerings.

Support Business Lead in developing and presenting Platform value propositions to smart solutions tailored to meet specific requirements of Sector Owners, showcasing how platform can address their needs.

Account Management – Support Business lead in account management functions

Proposal Development – Develop solutions proposals for platform engagements.
Project Management And Operations Management
-
Oversee the solutioning, implementation & operations of platform services to Smart Solutions from project management as well as technical aspects.

Manage, coordinate with all the stake holders (vendors, regulatory, customer, government etc) to ensure smooth implementation of use cases on platform.

Provide periodic updates to management and MCIT about the status of the platform services implementation for use cases.

Coordinates with the Platform team for the integration of Use cases with Platform.

Prepares MoMs for relevant workshops and meetings.
-
Oversee technical design and implementation of the Platform services to the Use case solution providers by coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the use provider.

Leads the implementation and support of services provided by platform to use case solutions.

Develop a work schedule for efficient use case Onboarding from each vendors’ perspective on platform.

Undergo the process of analysis in order to fulfil the requirement of the systems involved.

Define tools to keep track of the Platform services for the use cases.

Ensure constant alignment between the central platform and the use cases developers.

Evaluate team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations if needed.
Provides periodic status updates for platform services operations to the use case solution providers.
Skills & Abilities
-
Minimum of 02-04 years overall IT industry experience.
-
Minimum of 02 years in a solution or technical architect role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms.
Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using (Azure) IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities.

Experience with any claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, JIT, and/or RBAC / Ping etc.
Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.

Managed the end-to-end lifecycles of a project/product in solution architect capacity

Experience with mission critical technology components with DR capabilities.

Extensive experience in financial management, solution plan development and product cost estimation.

Solid business acumen, management and marketing communication skills.
-
Significant experience in presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences.

Experience coaching and mentoring others.

Leadership capability and proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders.
-
Experience supporting peer teams and their responsibilities; such as infrastructure, operations, engineering, info-security
