Job Summary

We are seeking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that all project elements adhere to design standards, regulations, and client expectations. This role requires strong creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and detailed drawings for various project types.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants to ensure design alignment.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Produce technical documents, specifications, and material selections.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Provide guidance and support to draftsmen and junior staff.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and respond to RFIs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in (any) AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent design presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fit-out, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
