Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Engineer with expertise in aluminum and façade systems to develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for complex façade projects. The candidate will coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate 3D models, clash detection, and integration with project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for aluminum and façade projects
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate modeling
• Perform clash detection and coordinate solutions with design and project teams
• Generate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance with project standards, quality, and timelines
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standard modeling procedures
• Provide technical support and training to junior BIM engineers
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation using BIM models

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BIM modeling for aluminum, façade, curtain wall, or glazing systems
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools
• Knowledge of façade systems, aluminum fabrication, glazing, and cladding materials
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• UAE driving license is preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
