Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring creative solutions that meet both client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Create detailed drawings, including conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Use advanced design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp to develop and present 3D models and visualizations.
• Ensure the compliance of design solutions with local building codes, sustainability standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality control.
• Stay updated on trends, technological advancements, and regulations in architecture and urban development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on design and project management.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UAE building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not essential.
• A portfolio demonstrating a variety of completed projects, from concept to execution.
