The Hardware System Architecture Engineer is responsible for designing and integrating complex systems based on customer needs and emerging technologies. You will leverage your solid engineering background and exceptional communication skills to provide technical solution support, oversee project progress, and ensure seamless interactions with clients both domestically and internationally. Proficiency in professional instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators is essential for equipment testing and commissioning. The role demands excellent English language capabilities for drafting technical documentation and conducting global technical exchanges. With a minimum of five years of experience and responsibility for managing a small team, the position offers a clear pathway for career development through dual technical and managerial channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand and translate technical demands into practical hardware system architectures related to radar and communication technologies.
• Lead and participate in the creation and execution of system integration designs ensuring technical schemes comply with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Operate and apply advanced testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators for thorough equipment testing and system commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation in both Chinese and English, including reports, technical exchange materials, and project coordination documents.
• Coordinate project progress and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and execution of high-value development projects in national defense and electronic technology domains.
• Provide ongoing technical support and solutions throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of two engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, firmware, and quality assurance to integrate hardware systems seamlessly.
• Stay informed of the latest industry advancements in radar, radio frequency design, and electronic countermeasures and incorporate them into system architectures.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
