Company: NEWAX TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED
Entity Type: Premier Digital Infrastructure Firm
The Mandate: We rip out bloated, expensive legacy software and architect bespoke internal Operating Systems and Corporate Hubs. We need a UI/Full-Stack specialist who builds insanely fast, secure, and visually striking front-ends. We operate on the principle of Data Velocity. If your deployments fail the Google Lighthouse speed test, you will not survive here.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build high-converting Corporate Hubs and full-stack internal dashboards from scratch using Next.js.
- Implement highly secure, role-based user access portals connected to Supabase backends.
- Translate dark-aesthetic, premium visual identities (Midnight Navy & Teal) into pixel-perfect, responsive code using Tailwind CSS.
- Ensure absolute technical SEO dominance through Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
- Optimize all front-end assets to guarantee sub-second load times across all devices.
Technical Requirements:
- Mastery of Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG).
- Deep expertise in Supabase (PostgreSQL, Row Level Security, Auth).
- Advanced, component-driven UI construction using Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of modern React state management and custom hooks.
- Experience deploying headless CMS architectures (e.g., Strapi).
The Hiring Protocol (Proof of Work ONLY):To claim this seat, complete the following test:
The Trial: Build a secure Next.js Todo Application connected to a Supabase backend with functional User Login and strict Row-Level Security in under 2 hours. Submit your GitHub repository and live deployment link.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs1,000,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- At Newax, we demand sub-second load times for our Corporate Hubs to dominate Technical SEO. Explain exactly when you would use Server-Side Rendering (SSR) versus Static Site Generation (SSG) in the Next.js App Router, and how you handle dynamic data updates on a static page without sacrificing speed.
- You are building an internal HR portal for 5 different enterprise clients using a single Supabase PostgreSQL database. How do you architect the database rules to guarantee mathematically that an employee from Company A can never query or view the records of Company B?
- Legacy React applications are plagued by 'prop drilling' and bloated state management libraries like Redux. For a complex internal Dashboard with live telemetry data, what is your preferred method for managing global state and server state, and why?
- Newax strictly enforces our visual identity (Midnight Navy #0e1323 & Teal #0097b2). How do you architect a complex Next.js project using Tailwind CSS to maintain these design tokens globally, without filling your JSX with massive, unreadable strings of utility classes?
Experience:
- React/Next.js/PostgreSQL/Supabase/Firebase: 4 years (Required)
Language:
- Technical English (Fluent) (Required)
License/Certification:
- GitHub portfolio of high-performance Next.js applications. (Preferred)
