Role Overview :

We are seeking a design-focused Architect with strong conceptual thinking and digital design capability to join our growing architecture team in Dubai.

This role will support concept design, schematic design, and design development stages across a range of large-scale mixed-use and urban development projects. The successful candidate will contribute to design exploration, architectural modelling, and presentation development while working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.

The position requires strong proficiency in contemporary architectural design tools and the ability to translate design ideas into compelling visual and architectural outputs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development of architectural concepts and design strategies across project stages
• Prepare concept design presentations, diagrams, and visual materials for internal and client reviews
• Develop 3D models and digital design studies to communicate architectural ideas
• Assist in translating conceptual ideas into schematic and design development packages
• Collaborate with planners, landscape architects, and engineering teams to ensure integrated design outcomes
• Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings, and internal design reviews
• Maintain strong design quality and ensure alignment with project vision and architectural standards

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 3-6 years of professional architectural design experience within design studios or international consultancies
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept and schematic design work
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Grasshopper or parametric design tools is advantageous
• Strong visualization and graphic presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary design teams
• Experience on mixed-use, hospitality, or urban development projects is preferred
