Architect

The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. The role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and experience in delivering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for various construction projects.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Review and approve design modifications and material selections.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure projects meet local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project management in planning, budgeting, and scheduling of architectural works.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED standards.
• Familiarity with project management software.
