Architect

Main Purpose:

To support the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to construction, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and technical excellence while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the design development phase from the schematic design to a complete
• Construction Documents.
• Assist in the coordination between the architectural design and all other disciplines.
• Assist in the preparation of sample boards.
• Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.
• Follow up with clients in modifying their interior designs when needed.
• Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering "Architecture".
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
• Revit is a plus.
• Real Estate, Construction background is preferred.
• Experience in residential compounds is a must.
• Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent command (writen and oral) of the English language.
• Ability to work and perform under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other team members.
• Organized, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence.
