I am recruiting for a talented Concept Design / Design Development Architect on behalf of a dynamic real estate development company based in Dubai. This role focuses on the critical transition from initial concept to detailed design development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design strategies.
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Technical Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in an architectural studio, and 4+ years in Dubai, UAE.
• Software: Strong proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD , and [Rhino/SketchUp].
• Expertise: Proven track record in Concept Design and Design Development stages.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes and construction standards in Dubai.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to solve complex spatial and technical design problems.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet project deadlines.
