DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Architect

Location: Qiddiya, KSA

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
✅ Min 5 years of exp in Luxury Hotels, construction
✅ Strong skills in CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM/Revit), and Adobe Creative Suite

✅ Detailed understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials

✅Duration 9 months and extendable
✅Must have valid Iqama
✅Freelancer can join immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed, actionable, and technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction.

Ensuring all designs meet local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Visiting construction sites to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and resolve design or construction issues

Reviewing, approving, and assisting in the selection of materials, as well as reviewing shop drawings

Assisting with preliminary cost estimates, monitoring budgetary compliance, and managing construction timelines
