Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
• Prepare schematic designs, 3D models, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Qatar
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and local regulations
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
