Architect

The candidate is responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that align with project goals and client specifications on a VILLA Renovations, fit out and construction activities.

• Handle architecture design activities including concept design and design development.
• Producing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
• Collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Conducting site visits and surveys to gather essential information for design development.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• With at least 2-3 years of experience as Architect in Villa Renovations, Fit-out & Building Constructions in The UAE.
• Expert in CAD/Revit, Sketch-Up and other rendering software.
• Can join immediately.
