Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and vision
• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed plans
• Create drawings and models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines
• Oversee construction progress and resolve design issues on-site
• Incorporate sustainability and environmental considerations into designs
