Key Responsibilities
Property Handover Management

Conduct pre-handover inspections to verify unit readiness and compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate and facilitate customer handover appointments.

Explain unit features, systems, warranties, and maintenance requirements to homeowners.

Ensure all handover documentation is completed accurately and signed by relevant parties.
Customer Support & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the handover process.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to enhance customer satisfaction.
Technical Coordination

Liaise with Construction, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Facilities Management, and Contractors to ensure smooth handover execution.

Monitor unit readiness status and escalate critical issues that may impact handover schedules.

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree Architectural Engineering.
-
0-3 Years Of experience in real estate development, construction, property management, customer experience, or handover operations.
