Architect

Position: Architect (Arabic Speaking)

We are currently looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Architect to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience in handling approvals and submissions with Dubai government authorities and municipalities.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, procedures, and approval processes.
• Proven experience in coordinating and obtaining approvals from relevant government departments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage project documentation and authority approvals independently.

Preference:

• Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.

Pay: AED2,840.94 - AED11,994.86 per month
