Architect & 3D Interior Designer Required

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fit-Out Designer (3D Interior Designer) to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong design visualization skills, experience in commercial and residential interiors, and an excellent understanding of fit-out execution and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D interior concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations for client approvals.
• Prepare space plans, layout drawings, and detailed fit-out drawings using AutoCAD and 3D software.
• Collaborate with the project and site teams to ensure design intent is achieved during execution.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and color schemes suitable for each project.
• Attend client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Work closely with joinery and MEP teams to ensure coordinated and practical designs.
• Prepare as-built drawings and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior design and fit-out (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, joinery, and finishing details.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality interior projects.
• Knowledge of UAE fit-out standards and municipal approval processes.
• A creative portfolio demonstrating 3D design and completed projects.
