Job Description

• Responsible for architectural planning & drawing activities.
• Designing & Planning on AutoCAD and other tools.
• Experience in Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial proejcts.
• Working exposure of AutoCAD & Revit.
• Coordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants, Services & others.
• Development of overall Master Plan including area calculations, zoning,
• Landscape design, traffic circulation, phasing layout etc.
• To develop conceptual scheme on proposed site.
• Executes Design strategy in design of retail stores.
• Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and fast-paced timelines.
• Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details. Manage schedules and monitor deadlines.
• Required Experience and Qualifications
• Job Requirement
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Project and/or program management experience.
• Expertise in Autocad
• Quick hand sketch ability a plus.
• Strong communication and design presentation skills.
• Strong design aesthetic.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through drawings/sketches.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to drive results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
