Key Responsibilities

1. Concept Design & Planning

• Understand client requirements and develop design concepts
• Create sketches, detailed drawings & 3D models (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Integrate sustainability, energy efficiency & modern design principles

2. Project Coordination & Management

• Work with structural, MEP, landscape & ID teams
• Prepare construction drawings, BOQs & specifications
• Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning rules & safety standards

3. Client Interaction

• Present design concepts & revisions to clients
• Incorporate feedback and update design deliverables
• Maintain strong communication throughout the project life cycle

4. Site Coordination

• Conduct site visits to review progress & design compliance
• Resolve design queries and coordinate modifications
• Ensure quality of workmanship & timely project execution

5. Innovation & Research

• Stay updated on materials, construction methods & design trends
• Suggest creative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 3–7 years of experience in residential architectural projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & client-handling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning & construction processes
