Architect / Architectural Engineer

We are currently looking for a qualified Architect / Architectural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling architectural projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.

Role Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts, space planning, and detailed construction drawings
• Prepare and review design documentation and technical specifications
• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality regulations
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other project consultants
• Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, materials, and samples
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and design implementation
• Communicate with clients, authorities, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor timelines, maintain quality standards, and manage design revisions
• Assist with authority submissions and approval processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• 3–5 years of professional experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of local authority requirements and approval procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities
• Capable of handling multiple projects independently
