Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect / Architectural Site Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural background with practical experience in site execution, supervision, and coordination between design and construction teams.

This role requires an individual who can actively manage on-site architectural activities, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that the project is executed according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural works on-site
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and project standards
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical/site issues
• Assist with material selection, approvals, and procurement coordination
• Act as a link between the design office and execution team
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (minimum)
• Proven experience as a Site Architect, Architectural Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience in construction supervision and site coordination
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and technical drawings
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and site teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
