Job Summary
SRS Developers is seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect to plan, design, and oversee construction projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, construction, and sales teams to ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, elevations, sections, and working drawings
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing consultants
- Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, zoning laws, and authority approvals (LDA, DHA, etc.)
- Review shop drawings and material submittals
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
- Provide design solutions to on-site technical issues
- Assist management in project planning, budgeting, and timelines
- Coordinate with marketing team for presentation drawings and sales layouts
- Maintain project documentation and records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Registered with PCATP (preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects
- Experience in commercial plazas, malls, or residential buildings is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing
- Knowledge of building codes and approval processes
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Internship (3–6 Months)
Job Summary
SRS Developers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect Internee to support our architectural and construction teams. The internee will assist in design development, drafting, site coordination, and documentation for ongoing real estate and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D views
- Develop 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using AutoCAD
- Support 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp / Lumion / Revit
- Help in preparing concept designs and presentation materials
- Assist in site visits, measurements, and coordination with engineers
- Update and maintain design documentation and records
- Review drawings for basic compliance with project requirements
- Support coordination between design, construction, and sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from B.Arch / BS Architecture
- Basic understanding of architectural design and construction methods
- Knowledge of building materials and design principles
- Familiarity with local building bylaws is a plus
Technical Skills
