Architect (BIM Experience)

We are looking for a BIM Architect, who is responsible for ensuring that architectural design is flawlessly integrated with advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies. The ideal candidate is a qualified architect with strong understanding of design, technical detailing ability, and hands-on experience using BIM tools to deliver complex, multidisciplinary construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate reports, 3D visualizations, and model-based presentations for project meetings and client updates.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models.
• Assist the project management team in visualizing design concepts and progress updates through BIM-based reports and visualizations.
• Develop architectural designs and documentation using BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and design intent throughout all project stages.
• Lead junior team members and design teams in BIM-related tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve model-related and design coordination issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and BIM implementation, preferably environment in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC, AutoCAD, and related visualization tools are a must.
• Experience in large-scale or high-rise projects is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of UAE construction codes, design guidelines, and project delivery standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary coordination.
