About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our architectural design team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design capabilities, excellent visualization and presentation skills, and the ability to translate innovative ideas into practical architectural solutions. The candidate should possess solid UAE project experience and a strong understanding of local authority regulations and design standards.

This role is ideal for professionals with 4–6 years of architectural experience, including a minimum of 2 years working in the UAE, preferably within architectural consultancy or design firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare concept design presentations, mood boards, space planning studies, and design narratives.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
• Coordinate with senior architects, project teams, and consultants throughout the concept and schematic design stages.
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and applicable building codes.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
• Assist in preparing competition entries, feasibility studies, and master planning concepts when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants.
• Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 4–6 years of professional architectural experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, creativity, and presentation capabilities.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and submission procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Software Proficiency

Candidates must be proficient in the following software:

• AutoCAD
• Rhino
• D5 Render
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

• Strong conceptual thinking and design sensibility.
• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and materials.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
