Architect / Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural and design solutions from initial concept through to construction documentation and implementation. The role requires a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual designs and translate them into detailed drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare and manage architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Coordinate design intent with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and ADA regulations.
• Participate in site analysis, feasibility studies, and programming.
• Lead or support project presentations and client meetings.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the design concept.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.

• Architect / Designer IN UAE : 5 years (Required)
