Design Engineer - Steel Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate structural steel installation activities on-site.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are followed accurately.
• Manage and lead a team of steel fabricators, fitters, and riggers.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use of machinery and safety equipment.
• Maintain detailed site records and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate with the Production team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of structural drawings, fabrication, and erection processes.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Ability to manage teams and site activities efficiently.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
